ZebraCARE is an online counselling service created for and with Canada’s rare disease community.
We offer accessible, evidence-informed mental health and supportive care for individuals, families, and caregivers impacted by rare, undiagnosed, or complex conditions.
ZebraCARE plans to launch in February 2026 in British Columbia and Alberta, with expansion to additional provinces throughout 2026–2027.
Joining the waitlist ensures you’ll be notified as soon as services open in your region.
Anyone affected by a rare, undiagnosed, or complex condition — including patients, parents, caregivers, partners, and siblings.
All ZebraCARE clinicians have an interest in and experience supporting individuals with rare or complex conditions.
Our team receives additional training on the psychological, social, financial, systemic, and medical realities of having a rare disease.
We also operate as a social enterprise — donating 10% of profits to rare-disease organizations and reinvesting additional revenue to expand accessible services.
You can sign up for the waitlist by entering your email above.
